Green Mountain Advisers is a Miami-based performance finance firm. We work with owner-operated businesses doing $2M to $6M in revenue. Most companies at this stage lack financial architecture, and it is quietly costing them 5–10% of annual revenues.
David Grinberg is the founder and Managing Director of Green Mountain Advisers. Before GMA, he managed $3B in annual transactions as lead quantitative risk manager at a proprietary trading group, navigating four black swan events including the COVID-19 crash.
He applies the same quantitative frameworks from institutional trading to the financial and operational problems owner-operated businesses face at the $2M–$10M stage.
His core observation: most founders at this stage make million-dollar decisions on incomplete data. The accountant looks backward. The bookkeeper closes books. Nobody looks forward. That is the gap Green Mountain fills.
