• Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Site infrastructure
• Use automated systems, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site without written permission

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes on intellectual property rights of any party
• Distribute unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through or in connection with the Site
• Post or transmit any content that contains inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable material

• Submit false or misleading information in the assessment form, discovery call booking, or any engagement-related communications
• Use information obtained through our services for any purpose not authorized by your engagement agreement
• Share, resell, or redistribute proprietary analyses, financial models, or deliverables provided by Green Mountain Advisers without written permission

3. Confidential Information

During the course of an advisory engagement, you may receive access to proprietary methodologies, financial models, analytical frameworks, and other confidential information belonging to Green Mountain Advisers. You agree not to disclose, copy, distribute, or use such information except as expressly authorized under your engagement agreement.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us promptly at info@greenmountainadvisers.com. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the Site safe and professional.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Site
• Termination of any existing engagement or service agreement
• Pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages
• Reporting of illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities

Green Mountain Advisers reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations, including removing content, restricting access, or terminating services, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
